Serving Sizes for Food/Meals

I thought I saw a chart or thread on meal serving sizes but can’t find it. Does anyone have a good one that shows the recommended serving sizes and food suggestions. I think ii saw it and they were a lot smaller than I expected.

Just in general. I’m not on the food program but that would work too. Two of my babies have just started solids and I know I saw the info somewhere that gave recommended daily allowances for different ages.
