It really depends on cost of living, and upkeep, and if you are just babysitting, or have an in home daycare.
Back in TN, I made the utter mistake of only charging a parent I knew from a daycare $60 a week. But that's literally all she could afford. But I watched her 3 children for that. One s.a, one 3yo and one 2yo. But she paid when I took them out and she provided the food for both me and the kids. I was working a real job at the time of being thier non-live-in nanny, so it didnt hurt me financially or anything.
