I sent the snowpants home on April 1st this year and it snowed on the 2nd. I just pretended it didn't and took them out anyway bundled in a hundred layers each. It's spring, dammit!!!

That's what I was thinking too.

I put all the winter boots/coats away and took out the mud boots and spring/summer shoes.

Every year, I am terrified to put the shovels away.... (I think last year, we had one on the back deck the whole summer :

I was watching the weather and saw the forecast for your area....hope everyone was safe on the roads. That sort of mix is deadly and NOT easy to deal with.

I left my salt container out all year. The neighbor ran the gas out of his snowblower a few weekends ago and I yelled over to him that he just set us up-wouldn't ya know it snowed the next day::!
