Yeah I agree. The second one was a HUGE red flag that they will be lying to me often and not someone I'd want.
My last tour went great. She came in with the little girl and knew exactly what she wanted to ask and didnt waste any time. The first family hung out soooo long that it was just kinda silly. They werent even asking questions... just watching their daughter play. So this last tour was SO much better. She told me she wants to start her with me in 2 weeks! So that was great news.
So 2 tours... 1 flake... and 1 definite client Yipee! I have 2 more tours scheduled for Monday. Praise the Lord!
