I agree with others about simply telling DCM you can no longer offer Free Friday afternoons for her. She may offer to pay more, so are you prepared to keep him? For how much more? LOL
You could also say you will no longer have a spot for him Friday afternoons so she doesn't have the option to pay and keep him there. I would not mention Sundays until she asks so she doesn't feel like you don't want him anymore.
