Between 68-78 by law here... Heat is usually set at 70-72 winter, AC is 76 summer (My AC won't get it any cooler indoors if temps outside are 90+).

We got new windows and furnace a couple years ago and it's amazing how much warmer our house is now. It made a world of difference! I used to always keep it at 72-75 and still felt cold.

When I was in the hospital, I had the AC set to 70-73 zone. A nurse actually came in and turned the heat on! Said it was too cold for a baby and I "wasn't allowed" to turn the AC that low. In a private room, that only my family was in. I was p!ssed.
Maybe she was a burnt out neonate nurse? They can get sort of crusty.
        - Unless otherwise stated, all my posts are personal opinion and worth what you paid for them.

I always feel cold when I'm at my daycare.
At home we have in-floor heat so everything is warm.

At daycare it's a standard furnace with vents.
Circulated warmth is no where near as comfy as heated floors.

We are putting new windows in the daycare house now so hoping that will impact the general feel.

She was my least favorite nurse of them all, even before the temperature incident :dislike: ::

I have a wood stove...but I set the heater to kick in at 68F. In summer I set the AC to 76.
