Just curious if anyone knows....do we see all of what's shown in the case or is there more presented behind the scenes or something?
Angry former dcfs can become a provider's nightmare quickly.

I'm not sure but I would imagine there is a ton that goes on before they start filming.

The only info I have on that case is that it was Season 17, Episode 112 and it aired on January 16, 2013.

The title of that show was "Child's Mysterious Skin Condition"

~WOW ...Thank you so much for the link ...going there now ...should be very interesting! Even though I have not read it yet, I'm surprised she won though, as every single daycare case I've saw on Judge Judy has been decided against the daycare provider(*please don't get me wrong, I'm extremely pleased & glad that she did win). I'll try to post them as I see/watch them; I'm curious as to whether y'all agree with her rulings, as I'm not so sure I do on some of them:confused:.

~Below in the link is a case I just watched(*it is the 2nd case in the video; it starts around the 10 minute mark & it refers to a terminated contract & sending home a "sick" or "teething" child covered head to toe in diarrhea*). The only thing i didnt like about this episode is when the woman was trying to explain she can legally watch one child withoutbeing licensed, judy kept shutting her down and telling her she cant. Thats not true! If she can legally watch one child, then she can. How can judy say no? I doubt she knows the licensing regs of all states..
