It's about a daycare owner & former client. ...Interesting to say the least .

Something didn't sit right with me about the provider and her husband. I think there probably was something to it, but the mom was not all that bothered.

Just a sample of the risks of business, any business. Someone gets mad at you for any reason, and then who knows what they will say. Daycare (child care to be more exact) has the extra risk of serious charges that can be the end of life as you know it.
Children are little angels, even when they are little devils.
        They are also our future.

Ironically, I just watched that on YouTube yesterday. Seemed like a strange situation all around.

Judge judy has a couple interesting ones! But she favored in the defendant (family). But i agree with judy. Contracts would be void if provider doesnt follow licensing rules

I was once told by an attorney for a collections agency, that judges see cases like this regularly. Sadly, parents think all they have to do is intimidate by shouting abuse and the provider will back off trying to get money due to them.

Luckily, most judges are intelligent enough to understand what the real situation is.

Judge Mathis quickly noticed that this so called loving mother was taking her children back to the daycare over and over again...despite saying that they were being badly abused there??? Lies. No caring mother would do that.

Not being able to report the "abuse"? More lies.

The outcome was perfect and she got what she deserved.

The only info I have on that case is that it was Season 17, Episode 112 and it aired on January 16, 2013.

The title of that show was "Child's Mysterious Skin Condition"

I have no idea where you can access old TV shows/episodes....

Wow! Thankful I've never had to deal with anyone like that. I love how he saw right through her right from the beginning.

Just curious if anyone knows....do we see all of what's shown in the case or is there more presented behind the scenes or something?
Angry former dcfs can become a provider's nightmare quickly.
