Ohhh.... so true! Sometimes it can even be the people who you believed to have been developing a friendship with, that'll show their true colors once you put your foot down.

I termed a whole family for bad behavior once (4 kids).

Mom pushed (although she knew), and all I would say was "There is nothing I can say that will make you feel okay with this, so I am not going to discuss reasons".

So, gave mom notice at pick-up. She was surprised and of course asked why. I told her business changes and I was no longer able to accommodate her schedule. She asked again and then asked if it was personal. I told her no, business.
