I did this! I capitalized CONTINUOUS SPRAY and even included this picture!

To the above poster - how often do you have to do this? I mean buy a bottle?

I have each family bring one bottle. I use the same bottle until it is gone so I only have one out at a time. When these are all gone then I buy it. I am just not willing to spend $$ to buy ALL of it for the whole summer.

Maybe you could just say:

Dear DCP's

If you don't supply the required sun screen (the one that matches the picture provided) then your child will NOT have sun screen applied to them.

If you choose to supply a different brand/type you will need to stop by the daycare at 10:00 a.m., 12:00, 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to apply and re-apply sun screen to your child.
