So as far as transferring your license goes, it sounds like a fairly simple process.
I also want to add that just because a landlord can't say no to you running a child care out of your home, he/she can give an alternate reason for denying you or for evicting you.
MAY MY LANDLORD EVICT ME FOR HAVING A FAMILY CHILD CARE HOME?

Sounds like even though they (landlords) aren't suppose to use that excuse, we all know they could. Just like when we term someone in child care. We don't always give the "real" reason...kwim?

I am not too sure what I am going to do. I did get word that the Landlord is very interested in my offer, but it will stink that I will be having to pay 1000 more a month to live in the same house when if there was anything on the market for that price I could get a much much bigger house. Oh well, I can't worry about a bigger house when I need to worry more about being able to keep my business running. Right now there is NOTHING Out there on the market.
