    that is why my post is labeled the "not so potty trained child" - I know he isn't trained by definition but I can't see going back to diapers as the solution. I just want to figure out a way to help get him truly trained.

    And I am friends with their next door neighbor, if he is outside playing with their kids he will stop what he's doing and run to the door and say he has to go potty - this is outside playing with 4-5 kids, so I just don't get why he isn't doing it here. :confused:

      I've had a few like this. I think there are more distractions at daycare and they just aren't paying attention to their bodies like that. Sometimes they are a little shy about it. I hate changing diapers on older kids so I'd put him in a pull up just in case, but keep taking him 3 times a day.


      If he's anything like my oldest it'll backfire and when you ask her why she peed in her pants she'll say, "Well YOU put a diaper on me." ::
