Trying To Decide ... Need Advice ...

I had my tubes tied the day after delivery of my ds .
Mainly because I have no family in the area ( over 400 miles away ) and it would be much too hard to make a second trip to the hospital with my 3 kids .

As for the recovery it was nothing different than regular rest after delivery and no picking up anything heavy .

Well I asked my doctor about that ... doing it while I am already in there. She said sometimes they do, other times they wait until during that time. She said it is much more painful to do it after delivery simply because your body is trying to contract and your tubes being tied isnt going to help much. I think she also was worried about my issues before with bleeding to much because I had to have two blood transfusions so that could also be a reason too. We will see ...
