I've had a few leave recently but all for good reasons, not because I termed or they left unhappily. Two babies' mom's decided SAH was a better fit for their family after about 4-6wks. Two moved on to preschool and one went to full day 1st grade instead of 1/2 day Kinder.
The two moms both asked why he left and I said his mom decided to stay home with him. No one asked about the other older ones who went to pre/school.
