At first I was having parents supply it but then i tried to whole wipe co-op but then kids have since left and been replaced and I don't know. I'm just going to start supplying the wipes myself now because it's a PITB to deal with them all. I don't get out Annie's wipes for Annie and Bobby's wipes for Bobby, I just use one person' some day, another person's one day and mine the next. When everyone is out parents bring more as well. But now I bought this big box from Costco and just plan on providing them from now on.
I also have a big 2yr old (the size of a 4yr old) who I use more wipes in 1 changing than anyone else in 1 whole day!- Flag

I provide all wipes and diapers... But I've only found one wipe that works for every poop and I don't have to use a ton...

I supply warm washcloths for each diaper change. Parents provide diapers. I hate wipes. They are cold on the baby's bum and they make my hands break out. I launder washcloths daily, so no biggie.
I know. I am the weird one. ::
However, I love the idea of having the parents bring kleenex. Boy do we go through a lot of those!- Flag

You may want to check out kissaluvs diaper lotion potion. I mix it with witch hazel (.5 teaspoon of potion to 4oz of witch hazel). I spray directly to skin and wipe. It is way cheaper than wipes, lasts much longer and cleans way better because you apply directly to the skin. I do use cloth to wipe, not sure if you are up for another load of laundry. Otherwise, I did have a friend that used to make her own wipes out of paper towels. She swore by them. I think the recipe had baby oil and maybe baby shampoo in it, and she just too the center out of the paper towel roll, plopped it in a ziploc bag, added the ingredients to the bag. GL- Flag

I had the dc parents supplying the diaps and wipes for the first couple of years. After a while they started taking longer and longer to bring in refills so I started supplying them. It is so much easier. I am in control of my own supplies. I actually had one mom complain that I used to many wipes on her baby and after I kept track of how many and what kind of gross diapers he was having she stopped. I like huggies, or parents choice.

I also have each parent bring a refill pack when we are running low. I write their name on the board and when they bring it I erase the name. Works great. Each pack lasts about a week and when I'm down to 2 packs I ask again. Works out to once every 3-4 weeks depending on how many kids are out and how many days off I have.

I supply wipes and parents supply the diapers. I have a few different kinds of diaper creams and powders and if they want something different they can bring it themselves. A lot of the time I make my own baby wipes because it's cheaper and easier but I have some store bought on hand for trips cause they're much easier outside of them house.- Flag

Parents used to provide wipes for their child and you would not believe the amount of fuss that caused....parents complaining that I used too much, or even too little! really? So I started providing all wipes and this was part of the increase in rate I did several years ago. Parents still provide diapers and just whatever is needed that day. Every now and then someone runs out and I always have a few spare floating around but I am also not at all shy about saying "Hey, you need to provide the days supply or I will have to turn you away at the door". One statement like that gets them in line and yes, I would turn people away if needed.
I have one toddler that is HUGE and regularly poops here and I will have to use 10 to 15 wipes for one kid. She is only 20 months too and completely non verbal, no where close to potty training. She is also bursting from her size 5 diapers. Do they make diapers past size 6? I don't know what her parents are going to do about the diaper issue.- Flag

Wow, thanks for the replies. I have resorted to buying the Walmart brand of wipes. They are like Huggies and are a bit rough on the bottom. I like Pampers, yet they are a bit slimy and slide when wiping.- Flag
