I'm sorry, but I would also say RUN! Chances are if are that way with their parents, they will try and be that way with you and you will have your hands full and most likely go nuts. It sounds like there is no discipline there what so ever and for me that is a red flag. If they have no discipline at home, it will be hard for you to cure them of their behavior as they seem to be used to getting want they want.
Just to get the money to me with kids like that is not worth the headache and have to deal with kids like that. I think that I would have been upfront with the parents as they left and just told them that it just would not work out for you and Thank them for coming and wish them luck.
I use my gut feeling and my first impressions of the kids and parents and that usually will tell me if they will be a good fit or not.
