If you have not started foods yet I would not do the Brat diet. you have no idea if any of those foods will cause a problem. Breast or formula ??? You said bottle so I assume formula... I would run out and get some pedialite I am surprised the dr did not tell you that. replace the formula with the pedialite milk products will make it worse...
If you were Bf I would say continue nursing but also give the pedialite.It:: will wait

Both my kids had the Rotavirus vaccine and my youngest still has had rotavirus 3 times! It sounds to me like it is rotavirus. Does your city have Walk in clinics open on Sundays? I would take her since she is so young.
How to tell if a young child is dehydrated is to pinch their fingernail. If the child is hydrated it will immediately change back to its original color. If it doesn't then they are dehydrated.- Flag

I would NOT use the pinching the fingernail as a test for an infant. They typically don't have the best capillary refill as adults do anyway.
General signs of dehydration of a baby is::
Increased sleepiness
Crying without tears
Dry mouth between feedings
Dry flakey lips
Sunken soft spot on the top of the head
Pulse higher than normal
Those are the thigs we look for in the ER
Also, we check the urine to see how dark it is.
Although we DO check their cap refills, in an infant that's not the easiest way to truly know if they are dehydrated- Flag

Have you ever thought about changing your baby's formula? When my youngest child was an infant, the same thing was happening to her. It came to a point where she got so dehydrated she had to go to the ER. Turns out that she couldn't stomach the formula. Once I changed to a formula that was close to breast milk, she was fine. Unfortunately, I didn't breast feed. But if you already breast feed your baby, then I guess this comment didn't help.- Flag

I dealt with this many years ago but the kids were older (2 yo). Their stools were white but formed (sorry, tmi). For them it was just a virus and stopped after 2 days.
I second everyone else's idea, though, to get it checked if you are worried, esp. where your daughter is so young and risks being dehydrated.
Hope she feels better soon!- Flag

This is what I heard when my daughter was hospitalized 2 months ago. She's almost three but they said its the best way to tell for young children. Either way. Hope she feels better!- Flag

Just an update:
We went in to the ER this morning. It was just way too much poop.
They just observed her and took an stool sample, which hadn't come back by the time we left. They weren't too concerned either. They did tell us to follow up at her pediatrician and take a loopy diaper with us. The whole 3 hours we were at the hospital she didn't poop.
She's gone once since we got home...it was much closer to the regular consistency and color. I also gave her some pedialyte, which they said was ok.
So hopefully we're heading toward the end of our first illness. Thanks all for your help.- Flag
