"I didn't know", "I don't remember reading that part", "that part was confusing", "I thought that meant ...", "The font is too small to read, it hurts my eyes".

    After repeatedly reminding her I finally just sat down with her with a freshly printed out handbook in SIZE 14 font and went through the entire thing paragraph to paragraph and this was my final warning. She was ok after that. She barely skated by after that but never did anything to directly break a policy. Why does it seem like some clients need to have their hand held more than their children ::.
    Lol!! That just might work for her as well, it drives me nuts to have to answer the same question over and over again!!
