I don't have any questions (right now!) on the wording of my changes, but what I would like to do is attach a letter to the new handbooks and contracts, explaining that there have been changes to the new contract and to please review carefully and sign by X date. Do you think this is necessary? How would you word it? Or is me handing a new contract after not having to sign one for a full year pretty self-explanatory that it wouldn't require a, "lookee here! New contract, read it, sign it!"?
The only time I've ever made contract/parent handbook changes was when I went from having one child 2 days a week when I started doing day care between Sept.2011 and when I actually started taking in more children and operating full time in January 2012.
My parent handbook is combined with my contract, not sure of that makes a difference with responses. :-)
