I can't imagine making meatloaf with allspice, but if you ever do decide to make it, you can make your own substitute by combining equal parts of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.

I don't make meatloaf in a bread pan-too greasy. I make mine in a larger pan like for brownies. And the grease drains away from the meat.- Flag

My family LOVES my meatloaf recipe and it is SO easy and completely fool proof.
2lbs of leanest ground beef
1/2 box of unprepared stuffing
2 eggs
1/4 c romano cheese
^mix together, shape and bake at 350* for 45m-60m
Then the glaze!
Melt in a pan on medium equal parts of BBQ sauce and brown sugar and pour over meatloaf.
NEVER any leftovers and my dh makes it into sandwiches later in the night and he isn't a big meat eater either.- Flag

I know you have a ton of recipes, but mine seems a bit different.
I use crackers and tomato soup.
1 pound hamburger meat
1/2 pound pork sausage (like you fix for breakfast)
1 egg
chopped onion
chopped bell pepper
a handful of saltine crackers (crushed into small pieces)
salt and pepper
1 can cream of tomato soup
Mix everything but the soup using your clean hands. Then add a little of the soup (right out of the can)-a couple of tablespoons to start. Mix it and add soup until it is the right consistency. It should hold in a ball when you roll it. Put into pan and then pour more soup on to sort of like a frosting. Bake at 350ยบ for about an hour. If you make a thin one, it will take less time, a thick one might take longer.
I line my pan with foil to make clean up easier.

Update
First off, thank you all so much for your kind support, recipes and laughs.
The meatloaf actually came out very well, or my husband just lies really well.....
I did not use any form of bread crumb or any form of carb for that matter, other than good carbs, like veggies... I did use parmigiana cheese. (sp) I used the fresh kind, not jar.
It was very very moist and I did it on a very flat cookie sheet, covered it with foil and then put a pan under it to catch all of the grease. The kitchen was a disaster after I was done, but it was worth the smile on my honey's face...
Oh yeah when he first saw it, he asked where did you buy this from?? He couldn't believe that I cooked it...
So again, thanks everyone- Flag
