Instead of Pull-Ups I just put a diaper under their underwear for nap if this is a problem. We call it "Nap Pants" so they don't fret about wearing a diaper. It's quick and easy to remove without completely undressing and the parents appreciate it since diapers are less expensive than Pull-Ups.
