I'm not sure what that means either but I'm sure that it varies from state to state and even county to county. I've heard that some states consider some large breeds as "dangerous breeds" and in some counties certain breeds are banned and you can't have them at all. I'm from CA and neither my state nor county animal or licensing regulations say anything about not being able to keep a certain type of breed in my home around children. I could have 6 pit bulls if I wanted and still have my daycare ... would I do it? Of course not. Just because I can doesn't mean I will
. I have great dogs but because of the earlier posting about the bite by a small dog that had "never done this before" I keep my dogs separated from the kids.
