I know. I can't keep up my house or my day care area and still take care of the kids anymore. I can do the daily things like sweep the floor, dishes, vacuum, but to actually get the house really clean I had to hire a cleaning company to come in a couple times a month. And I have an assistant who comes in a couple of hours a day and she mops the floors and cleans the bathroom. Gets expensive, but I don't have a choice anymore. And even doing the daily upkeep and child care is a challenge. And I know, it does get depressing at times.

Have you tried fresh pineapple. It has to be fresh or frozen not canned. Heat kills the enzymes. a cup a day worked wonders for me to reduce inflamation.
I have heard of that, but I did not try it. I will definitely give that a try. Thank you!

That was a few years ago, Im alot better now but I don't have any movement in my wrists or ankles. And the arthritis is setting into my neck and back now.

On the positive side, I always know when its going to rain!!! ::
Oh my gosh! That must have really been hard. It's hard enough to deal with arthritis let alone with a newborn baby in the house. And it's got to be hard when you naturally what to hold your baby and can't. I was that bad off, too, a couple of years ago. My husband had to stay home from work and take over my day care some days. But now I am on medication and that really helps. I still can not do a lot of things, but I am so much better.

Sorry all of yall are dealing with this I have a different autoimmune disease and suffered with painful wrist and arm joints for some time.

Something that really helped me was giving up gluten. I am not technically allergic but it affects me nonetheless. I haven't had pain for months, then today I spent some time in a bakery and my wrists are killing me! Its worth a shot, in my opinion.

I have had a lot of people tell me that this really works for them. I have tried it some, but have never stuck to it long enough to know if it helps or not. I did get a blood test done for celiac and for a wheat allergy, both of which came out negative, but I know that wheat and glutten can still affect you.
