Over the weekend I changed some things with my childcare. Rotated out a bunch of toys from the toy area. Have new things to do for center times. Made a small sensory bin (one child at a time). We will be going out once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Couldn't yesterday afternoon though because it couldn't make up its mind if it was sunny, snowing, downpouring, hailing, etc.
Everything is wet, wet, wet, mud, mud, mud and only one parent has said anything about the child being wet at pickup the first afternoon we were outside. I have to be careful though in the afternoons because some of the kids do have activities right after pickup and don't have time to change. Still figuring that one out.
Today was a tough day and still trying to figure things out. Hubby and I are going to do some soul searching though because he sees how hard this group is and how our family is personally struggling with it.
Thank you though for all your words of encouragement/support/prayers and personal messages. They are all taken to heart and I know with all the ladies/gentlemen here I will find a solution!
