Many of you know that I've been dealing with a tough group this year. Sweet kids on their own, just not all together!
I try to the best of my ability to let the parents know that happened during the day but sometimes have a few picking up at the same time or I just can't remember everything that certain child did during the day. Also, sometimes the kids are so wound up with a parent here I can't talk to them.
What I was thinking of doing is writing up a newsletter and listing all the problems I've been having with the group. Just lay it all out there for the parents and let them know this is a very serious matter. All my parents do read the newsletter so I don't have any worry about that.
I have a list of the things I'm dealing with and continue to add to it when something arises. So have any of you ever written a newsletter like this? I was also thinking that after this one, maybe having a section called "Working On..." and maybe pick two things that we are trying to work on for behaviors.
