Tomorrow

I've been off since the 23rd as well and I spent the whole "Vacation" reorganizing my kids' rooms so that they could fit in all of their Christmas presents in there. Lots of projects were done, but the laundry was ignored, so there's a mountain to conquer there. So while my house isn't as clean as I'd like it to be, I am ready to get back into my regular schedule.

NOT ready for tomorow. I was open today and am closed tomorrow only because I have to take my lil bro to the airport to be shipped off for Basic Training for the US Army. Gunna be a rough day....

My 19 year old was at Fort Benning for BT a year ago. It was tough, but he did really well, and is now stationed at Fort Drumm in New York. Tell you brother the worst part of basic is not like in the movies..all the yelling in your face. They actually do very little of that. The worst part, according to my son, is the WAITING. THere is a LOT of "hurry up and wait".

So far so good over here! Not one child cried at drop off. I was off for 10days. They sem to have gotten right back into the routine and haven't missed a beat!
