But you're right BC, that isn't my problem and is hers to work out.

When all three dogs have hair raised and are growling at the door, but no one is there. Yes, that feels awesome.

Wow, did you find out why?? That could spook a person out.
But if it were my dogs, squirrels would be the answer. They go nutso over squirrels. In fact, just to drive my dogs even more insane, I had the dcks sprinkle peanuts in the shell all over the front lawn this a.m.

Hope you can figure out what it was?

          Too funny.

I told myself it was a squirrel and went on with my life. It worked out well for me. Nothing showed on all 6 screens.

It may have been a skunk as there was a faint smell when I took the dogs out. Anything other than an uninvited human works for me.

Typically the oldest (14) is not up for the excited door threats and ignores wildlife, that was what made me more nervous than anything.

This is the same mom who tried to stay for 40+ minutes because dcboy wouldn't "let" her leave. The other day he didn't want to leave my house and I noticed she didn't seem to want to hang around then... Funny how that works.
MY dcb has gotten into his Dad's shaving kit TWICE now. The first time he cut his finger, this time, his chin.

WTH lock up your crap!

Did your dcp's laugh about it? I would be appalled.

I have had dck's cut each other's hair, their own hair, get into /paint themselves with nail polish, eat jello shots, cut themselves with knives, razors, find sex toys, one even gave himself a massage with a vibrator, color themselves head to toe with paint, markers, get out of the house and walk to the neighbors, throw up and the parent didn't 'find it' until the next day, etc etc.

                AREN'T YOU WATCHING YOUR KIDS!?!

Parents find it HILARIOUS, too. I stand there like

Yes they did laugh:confused: I told them that razor was too close to his eye and they ought to be thankful this wasn't much worse. What mom leaves her razor in bathroom for a two year old to find and play with.....either that or "watch your kids"

                      Happy Monday.

DCG(3) threw up all over m bathroom. She looked off this morning, I should have trusted my gut.
She tells me she threw up at her friends house in the garbage can yesterday too.

DCM picks up and says "well at least it was in the bathroom".

Yeah, slimy, stinky, mucous filled puke is much more awesome to clean up off my walls and floors.
I gagged 10x before it was done. Thanks so much for sharing.

Sitting here with a raging sinus infection because dcm kept insisting "allergies". Dcgs nose had been running nonstop for 3 weeks. And now all the other kids have it and are miserable. I've been sick since Friday and it's getting worse, not better.

                          Best part? Dcm doesn't work.

Snow day. Was supposed to have 7 kids. Now I'll have 4 kids, and it's not the 4 I want to deal with all day. 3 dck's with behavior challenges and a feisty 2 year old.

And every single parent asked if their kid would need snow gear today.

Just had a dcm tell me that she thinks I'm napping dcb too much. She says he really only needs to be taking one, 45 minute nap during the 10.5 hrs he spends here each day. Her son is all of 6 months old. Sure. That sounds like a great plan.
