When I reopen, I'm planning to do a nature-based, reggio inspired preschool program, as well as integrate technology. I want an indoor and outdoor classroom, with most if not all aspects being natural.

Here's two of our mamas and their babies. They were playing in this picture. This is right outside my master bedroom window in the front of the house.

Right behind them is my driveway.

            Thanks. That's mr. Noodles.

Here's a cute one. Off topic, I apologize. These are my FIVE MONTH old kittens, long weaned, "nursing" on daddy nib nibs. He lets them do this all the time... Sigh... They are dysfunctional....

Lol I know right!!! Mr. Noodles actually is already rehomed to two very special little girls I used to nanny a long time ago. Mr. Noodles and the kittens mama.... Banks..used to be their cat...when they moved from here to two hrs away they asked me to take banks because they were going to a rental and couldn't have cats. I had already been taking care of her and rescuing her kittens etc. so I took her and spayed her and raised up her last two litters.

Daddy nib nibs is my daughters cat (he was my old avatar). He is mr noodles brother from the precious litter. He loves the kittens. Mom weaned these at six weeks and she was spayed so she kicked them off and was done. She doesn't love on them much so daddy nib nibs fills in the love .

Long story short, the girls parents bought a house and their mom, although she hates cats, agreed to let the girls pick a kitten. And mr. Noodles they picked at birth. So after he is neutered in a few weeks he will go to his new home. He's a precious kitten and will do them good.

Ariana (the tortie) also has a home and she will go after her spay at the same time as mr. Noodles. She's a no tail and she's going to live with her brother Toby at the local vet as a vet cat. This same vet also has a no tail from nib nibs litter so I'm happy they are staying local.

The only two of that litter we are keeping is the black no tail (Tux) and e smokey gray male (Mack).

I am very interested in nature inspired space and learning. I finally got the last plastic thing out of my outdoor play area! Now my goal is to finish the requirements to certify my space as a Nature Explore Classroom!http://www.natureexplore.org/index.cfm

I also have a dream of changing out plastic tubs with wicker baskets and adding lots more wood inside rather than plastic. I am well on my way, but sill have more to do.

I am also interested in the Lifeways approach to childcare. But is is SOO different from what I am used to and traditional preschool stuff that parents want that I am having a hard time making that leap. http://www.lifewaysnorthamerica.org/

They are all sort of intertwined, and I see a big movement happening where more of us are trying to live more naturally, or teach more naturally, or offer more wood vs. plastic, natural colors, less electronics, etc.

Can we get a list of people who are interested? If so, maybe we could ask Michael to start a section for sharing links, ideas, etc.?

Very interested. I am actually doing student teaching at a co-op preschool that is Reggio inspired (it's not fully incorporated but you can see the Reggio influences in a lot of the activies).

I like the simplicity of the toys and space but I don't agree with all of the philosophies, or even most. There are some philosophies I do agree with but just cannot seem to implement AND keep my sanity. I am always looking for ideas, though

Hello folks, Ive been using KickStart Keto BHB for a while now and honestly, its surprisingly effective. It kicked me into ketosis faster, and its not a pain to stick with. Thought it might be hype, but it's doing what it promised. If you're into keto, it might be worth checking out: https://kickstartketos.com/ Figured Id share in case it helps someone else.
