Pre-Paid Unattended 2 Weeks Notice

We have been having issues with our daycare and have been accepted elsewhere. Our current daycare requires a 2 week notice. If I prepaid those 2 weeks is it required he attends? I'd like to start him in the new center as soon as possible.

If you pay for the weeks, then it dosent matter if he attends or not. They still get the money for the notice.

No, not at all.

Usually the provider requires a two week paid notice so she/he has time to adjust her budget.

Your child is not required to attend though.
