Military FCC or State Homs Question

What are your Holidays off a year? Also, what do you do if you have a evening child or a weekend child? Do you charge extra for evenings and weekends? And if so how much? I recently moved from LA to MO and I am running into things like this that I never had to reallly deal with before. I was FCC certified there and keeping military children many things didn't change, we had the same holidays as them but here being we live so far from post and I'm almost through my state certification I'm finding people with odd hours adn I don't know how to charge them fairly. I have four kids of my own and I wasn't planning on being open on weekends....any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

I am closed on all federal holidays. If they fall on a weekend, I am closed either the Friday before or the Monday afterwards. I charge for most of them.

I don't take evening or weekend children but standard policy in my neck of the woods is to charge 1.5 times the regular rate for any non-standard hours. Non-standard hours are considered to be anything on Saturday and Sunday and anything before 6 a.m. or after 6 p.m. on weekdays.

I am open night shift and weekends but as nice as it would to be getting 1.5 x the rate it isn't going to happen here. I just charge the same for any shift. I close holidays that are State holidays and charge for them if they are scheduled to be here.
      I see little people.
