I recently moved to Lake County in Illinois. I'm looking for a child care center, but all I keep finding are Kindercare centers. Are there any other centers in the area?

There are plenty of places! When I lived in Grayslake I ended up using an in-home lady but I know that there are several around the area where I lived.

Where do you live and how old is your child? I have a home day care in Lake county. There are a lot of places other than Kindercare.

Welcome to IL. I am in Cook County. There are all kinds of daycares. Do a simple Google search or look in a phone book for starters. . .

The front page of daycare.com has child care listings. Enter your area code or city/zip code info and you should be able to see a listing of providers in your desired area and their contact info.
