Hello All, I work with a national nonprofit organization called the ICA Group that helps retiring business owners with exit planning and selling to their employees to create child care centers that are worker-owned cooperatives. We are looking for center owners in PA, MI, MS, and the Chicago area to provide exit planning services and facilitate business transfers all at no cost in these service areas. We are interested in not only improving child care jobs, but preserving quality child care in communities that need it most.
