Looking for a child care facility to rent

Hi! Im in the beginning stages of opening a child care learning. Im currently doing all of the paperwork in order to get my application submitted however, I have to have the actual center to even submit part A of my application. Does anyone have any advice about how I can go about finding a facility to rent out? Or does anyone know of a location that can be rented and used as a daycare center?
