Newly renovated/constructed daycare for lease in the Antioch area.
The daycare is fully furnished and has passed all inspections with Metro Fire and Codes department. Approvals will be provided upon lease agreement.
The center never opened due to unforeseen circumstances.
Looking to lease for $2,500/month and willing to negotiate a little.
Because the center is fully furnished, the deposit will include, first and last months rent and the owners decision of the deposit amount.
