I'm looking for a building and if anyone know of a building in the Charlotte,Concord,Harrisburg, Kannapolis area or nearby for rent, lease please let me know. You can email me at myhelpfoundation@yahoo.com.
I have some space available for someone looking to sublease and run a day care. It is approx 1200 sf and is located around Toledo Oh. I am looking to open a Bouncy House FEC on the weekends and have Fitness classes during the week. This could be a great opportunity for someone willing to take walk ins with preschool children for an hour or so. The room would only be used by the daycare center. It has its own bathroom and a sink and counter area.

Starting a daycare can be both rewarding and challenging! There are definitely regulations involved, and they vary depending on your location (state or country). You'll typically need to:
Understand local licensing requirements – These include health and safety standards, staff-to-child ratios, and background checks.
Create a solid business plan – Consider your target age group, location, pricing, and services offered.
Design a safe, engaging environment – Child-friendly furniture, educational toys, and activity zones are essential.
Market your daycare – Social media, local parenting groups, and a simple website can help.
If you're in the early planning stages, it may help to look at examples of classroom layouts and child-safe furniture to get inspiration. We run a site that supports new daycare owners with preschool furniture and toys — feel free to explore some ideas at http://winningkidz.com/daycare-furniture/. Wishing you the best on your journey into early childhood education!
