Can't Find Any Day-Care To Take FIA Payments

I am a young single mother who is looking for a day-care to take my 14 month old son. I can't seem to find any daycare that take FIA in which i can't even get approved until i find a center or in home. I live in Harper Woods,MI please help me!!!
