New Here.... Looking For Advice On Opening A Daycare Center

Hello Everyone! I'm 39 years old and looking to embark on a new adventure in my life. I live in a small town that has only one daycare center that at full capacity services approximately 25 children. I would like to open another daycare center to serve the other families within our community. I do not have any background in childcare other than being a former single foster parent and a mother to a 3 year old and 5 year old. I have a full-time job so I am not looking to actually work within the facility full-time, but I would like to own and oversee the program.

Does anyone have any advice on where and how to start my new venture? I appreciate any advice or recommendations that you have to offer.
