I can receive PM's, but for some reason I'm unable to send them. I've actually been trying to send a few pm's back (including you) and my box says I have 0. I've been wondering why I haven't heard back from you... Or others.

Have you reached your message quota? If so, you may need to clear your send box messages. Let me know. I could also up the quota amount if you and other members need more.
