How Much to Charge as a Sub

Hi everyone!
I'm new here and I want to start subbing at various daycares in my area, but I'm wondering what I should charge (I will be contracted, so the owner won't have to worry about any benefits), any suggestions?

I pay my subs $15/hour (If I can find one, and I nearly never can!). Hope that helps!
