Hello all! I am a recent new member but have been a follower of this forum for a while now. I was a Director & Manager (and teacher, referee, "nurse", caregiver, etc.) of a daycare center in Southern New Jersey. After graduating from college I moved onto the Corporate world as a Human Resources Manager; however, I plan to transition back into the Daycare World as an owner of a center in a few years. I love the activity & enthusiasm of this forum - thank you for having me!
