Responding to infant childcare phone calls when not sure when you will have opening. I really struggle with this. Lots of peolple are really searching and I feel bad and unprofessional not knowing. I am just going through a challenging and busy time with my own child that is very time consuming andworking with a few other professionals and want to get that figured out and a routine in place before taking on an infant kwim. I just don't want to explain all that to a caller.
I don't have 20- 30 years exp. With kids. I have 3 years, I like to be sure footed in life.
