Looking for Day Care Director

Hello everyone! I am happy to join your forum and have been reading all of its threads for about 4 months. I am looking to start a New Day Care Center that is focused on cognitive development in the Chicago land area. I would like to hire an experienced Day Care Director who would help in setting up the center and run it once opened.
