Starting Up a Family Daycare

Hello there, I am in the process of starting up my own family daycare in my home. I just had my inspection done by the fire marshall which passed, and now i will be on the last step w/ the childcare services. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to start up a contract for parents or a handbook?? Never had to do one before.
