Hi,
Just joined the forum, and am very excited to participate. I have worked in daycare centers for about twelve years, and just recently opened a home daycare. I have learned so much from this forum- I always thought it would be much simpler to work for myself, but find that the parents can be so difficult! This forum has been invaluable to me in finding ways to stick to policies, be professional, and not get caught up in being too friendly and too much of a pushover!
