Hello everyone!
I'm a married mom of 3 young kids (ages 6,4 and 1.5) and I live in Ontario, Canada. I joined this site because I am considering opening a small home daycare. I don't want to jump in feet first and then find out that I seriously underestimated what I need to know, have and do. So I guess you could say I am here mostly for research, at the moment anyway.
Truth be told, I am expecting to be on my own with my children in the foreseeable future and I need to be able to make a living for us while still being able to take care of my baby at home. I love kids (obviously, I have 3 hehe) and I studied to be a teacher in Holland, where I grew up. I'm hoping to learn lots from all of you seasoned daycare professionals!
