Hello, my name is Regina and I am so happy to see that there is a way to talk and interact with other Daycare Providers. I have been in the business for almost 4 years and I have a small family Childcare. Lately I have been feeling burnt out and reconsidering going back out into the work force. Dealing with state funded programs, inconsiderate parents, and just feeling as if I'm not appreciated has really caused me to reconsider. I read some of the Christmas posts and felt a little bit better to know that we all are dealing with the same kind of parents and that I am not alone in my feelings. I hope that I will find some hope in this online form of communication. If not I will be returning to the workforce within the next 6 months and hanging up my Daycare Provider apron for good.
