Hi All. I have been lurking here for awhile but decided to join for some of the wonderful resources you other providers share with each other. I would love to share my experiences to help others, and sure appreciate what other providers can share with me.
I have been doing licensed home childcare for over 8 years, in two states, and have over 16 years of experience in all aspects of child care. I have learned some lessons the hard way, like enforcing late fees from the start, but have learned a great deal and probably have more to learn in the years to come. I love my job and can't imagine doing anything else!
