ISBE Substitute Teaching Certificate

In the past I had an ISBE Substitute Teaching Certificate and Paraprofessional Letter/Certificate They have since both expired. I forgot the number of them. I need to please renew them ASAP. I need them for Cook County, IL and Chicago, IL. Can you please tell me how to do this? Thanks! (ISBE = Illinois State Board of Education) :confused:
