Newbie In The House

hello everyone ,i am new to this forum, and also to daycare. i need some help, i have a question. i have a dck who i sent home yesterday cause he had a rash around his mouth and a red bump on the side of his hip, that appeared to me like a staph infection (mrsa). so my question is if when his results come back (if it is positive) do i take him back in? or do i wait for a doctors note saying its safe?
