Hello. I live in Texas and have a question about ratios. What if the children were combined (ages range from 5 months to 3 years old) what is the ratio for student to teacher. A friend of mine said she dropped her infant daughter to daycare which had two other infants and 5 toddlers with only one teacher. Is this following regulations?
